Comfy Living was formed in 2004 and does not have a high street store, all items are sold online and the overhead savings are passed on to our customers.
Our futon sets, futon mattresses and futon frames are manufactured here in the UK from natural materials. Our budget range of divan beds and mattresses are also manufactured in the UK from treated timber for the bed frame, to natural materials in the mattresses.
Comfy Living prides itself on its excellent prices and customer service. We have a dedicated customer service team on hand to take queries by telephone or email. Our office hours are: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5 pm, Fridays 9am - 2pm. We are closed at weekends.
We don’t believe that you will find a better deal anywhere else. Most of our products are stock items and so delivery on these products will be next working day. Bracknell, BerkshireWell, where do I start? If only I had read the reviews I never in a million years would’ve purchased from this company! I ordered bunk beds through the range and was advised by the range that when the item was dispatched I would get a call from the Courier to arrange the delivery. I received an email whilst at work at 9 am to say my item is out for delivery to make sure there is someone home all day so I organise my disabled mum to go to mine and wait around for the delivery meanwhile I contacted this company to confirm that they would bring the item to my front door which I was told they wouldn’t after the range told me they would and the women would not give me any form of timeframe that the item would be coming that delivery could’ve been 7 am until 7 pm or it could’ve been 7 am till 10 pm I simply needed to know to make sure someone was home. The woman was so rude to me on the phone that I contacted the range and said I no longer wanted the item and I was advised by the range to decline the delivery should it show up. After my mum sat in for three hours not once did anyone ring on the doorbell I received an update saying my item has been delivered, I got home to find no bunkbed delivery and I contacted the range who advised me that I would be getting a refund and they will be sorting this issue out. After further contact with comfy living, they told me that they were going to be escalating this with the Courier as not only did they not ring my doorbell they forged my signature as I was working nowhere near my hometown. I’ve been contacted today to be told that comfy living nor the range can do anything more because there is a signature which is proof of delivery (a false signature as if they would’ve known my mother's name who was waiting for it) and the delivery company will not talk to me about this issue so I am currently £175 down and have no bed for my child who has serious health issues and is now sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Words cannot even explain how livid I am.
