Delivery Information
Whether you order on-line or visit us in store, the delivery of your new bed or mattress is an important part of the service, and at Harris Beds we'll do our best to ensure that this process goes as smoothly as possible. Once we receive your on-line order or payment in store, we will process it according to the item(s) you have ordered.
- Stock items: We will contact you direct by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date, with a morning or afternoon time slot to suit you.
- Non stock / Special Order items: We will contact you direct by telephone with an estimated delivery date based on the information supplied to us from the manufacturer.
At Harris Beds all our beds and mattresses are delivered by our own in-house delivery team who will make sure that your new bed or mattress is placed in the room of your choice.
And on all purchases over £275 we'll unpack and assembled your bed, and take all the packing and wrapping away too - all you have to do is get out your sheets and duvet and make the bed!. This excludes bunk beds, cabin beds, bedsteads, wardrobes and furniture.
