We believe that all of our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are the lowest you will find both online and in traditional retail outlets. Even though we're doing everything we can to check our competitors price on a regular basis, it is possible that we might miss something. The two items must be identical. The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges, for example, delivery. The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock. You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves, for example, the website address. The alternative item must currently be available. Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
