Continuous Coil Mattress: Made from a single looped wire because the springs move as one unit it is more likely that you will be disturbed by your partners movements than on other mattresses.

Open Coil: Made from single springs fixed together by wire. Retain their shape longer due to a condensed lattice of springs that spreads the weight more evenly.

Pocket Sprung: Contains a large number springs sewn into individual fabric pockets. Each coil absorbs weight individually which means you’re less likely to feel your partner’s movements. This type of mattress is ideal for couples with a big weight difference.

Memory Foam: Memory foam is affected by temperature and reacts to your body heat, moulding to your shape to absorb your weight and relieve pressure on painful joints and muscles.

Latex: Perfect for asthma and allergy sufferers because of their natural hypo-allergenic properties.
