If you mattress is slightly bigger than a standard single then choose the next mattress up, in which case you would require a 4,6ft. All our caravan custom cut mattresses are cut from our standard mattress range. Our factory pre-cut 3ft, 4,6ft, 5ft and 6ft blocks of memory foam and when a custom cut order is received our cutting expert matches your size to the closest block. The cutting expert then creates a template and cuts your pattern and size to match your existing mattress.
Once you have purchased the mattress that best suits you, simply send our factory your measurements or a template. Our sales team will send you a measuring guide once we have received your order. Simply fill in the guide and send it back to us with as much information as possible so we can get the exact cut.
Most customer create a simple paper template of the corner that require to be cut, this way we can simply place the template onto the foam block and cut around it. Combine the template with measurements and it’s the perfect combination to creating a successful caravan mattress.
